This page covers how ordering, delivery and subscriptions work at NoodleMagazine, what we despatch ourselves, how long it takes, and what happens differently when an order completes on a partner site.

What You Can Buy Here

Single issues. Most of the shop is single copies, pick the issue, order it, we post it. Simple as that.

NoodleMagazine Originals. Our own in house magazine, available as a printed copy we post to you or as a downloadable PDF edition delivered by link straight after payment. Each Originals product page shows both options where available.

Subscriptions. Where a title offers a subscription, the available terms, prices and any renewal arrangements are shown on that product page before you order, and we’ll always email you ahead of any renewal so nothing rolls over behind your back. You can review and manage your orders any time through your account dashboard.

Where a subscription is offered on a title, you’ll choose a subscription length, and the number of issues you receive follows the magazine’s own publishing schedule, shown on its product page as 4, 8 or 12 issues per year:

Single issues stay the no-commitment option on every title we sell, one copy, one payment. Subscribing takes four steps: pick the length on the product page, create an account so we know where issues are going, pay securely at checkout, and you’ll get a confirmation email with your delivery schedule. Nothing renews without an email to you first.

Affiliate picks. Some listings on this site carry an affiliate tag, and their buy buttons take you to a partner site, usually the publisher’s own store, where the order, payment, delivery and any subscription terms are all handled by that partner. Everything below about processing, shipping and returns applies only to orders placed with us, on our checkout.

Ordering and Processing

Orders placed with us are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your parcel is despatched you’ll receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow it the rest of the way. PDF editions skip all of that, the download link arrives as soon as payment clears.

A word from Kaleem, who runs our customer care: double check your shipping address before you pay. A wrong house number is still the single most common reason a magazine goes wandering, and it’s the one delay we can’t do anything about.

Shipping Methods and Times

Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days.
International shipping: times vary by destination, shown at checkout.

Shipping costs depend on your location and the method you choose, and the exact figure is displayed at checkout before you pay, no surprises after the fact. For international orders the full quote appears before you confirm.

Ordering ahead of a busy period, or after a special issue everyone wants? Order early. Special editions sell through, and the post gets slower every December without fail.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re out when delivery is attempted, the carrier leaves a note with instructions for collecting or rebooking the parcel. If a tracked parcel seems genuinely lost, email us with your order number and we’ll chase it with the carrier from our end.

Changing Your Details

Address, payment method and order details can all be updated through your account dashboard, and address changes need to land before your next despatch to take effect on it. If you’re mid order and unsure whether a change made it in time, email us and we’ll check.

Returns

Full details live on our Refund and Returns Policy page, but the short version: 14 days from delivery, original condition and packaging, refund or an exchange of equal value, and orders completed on partner sites go back through that partner, not through us.
