London Fashion Week Returns This September for the Spring/Summer 2027 Season

London Fashion Week is back from Thursday 17 to Monday 21 September, five days of shows across the capital as designers unveil their Spring/Summer 2027 collections. The dates are confirmed by the British Fashion Council, which organises the event, and the full show schedule will be published on the official LFW site in the weeks before opening day.

September’s edition follows a February week that ran from the 19th to the 23rd and leaned hard into the theme of community, the network of designers, students, stylists and small businesses that keeps British fashion producing talent out of proportion to its size. Expect that thread to continue. London’s slot in the international fashion month calendar, after New York and ahead of Milan and Paris, has always been the experimental one, where NEWGEN designers show alongside established houses and the next decade’s big names tend to surface first.

For anyone not holding an industry invite, the week is more open than its reputation suggests. The main runway shows remain invite only, but the City Wide Celebration programme brings public events across London during the week: talks, installations, late store openings, pop ups and brand showcases from Mayfair to Shoreditch.
