The McDougalls Were In Giffnock Today, And There Are Two More Farmyard Fun Shows This Weekend

If you’re looking for a fun family day out, put The McDougalls on your list. Farmyard Fun was at Eastwood Park Theatre in Giffnock this afternoon, on the school holiday Friday, and it was a brilliant afternoon. There were songs, dancing, lots of audience participation, and plenty of little ones getting involved. Auntie Aggie, Max and Morag the Rabbit do Old MacDonald, Hey Diddle Diddle and Five Little Ducks, and there are songs that have the grown ups joining in too, and songs that are still stuck in your head afterwards. The show is an hour long and it’s for children up to about nine.

If You Missed Giffnock, There Are Two Dates Left This Month

The tour has already been to Galashiels Volunteer Hall, Kelso Tait Hall and Aberdeen Arts Centre. If you missed those, don’t worry, there are still two Farmyard Fun shows to go.

• Saturday 26 September at Blairgowrie Town Hall.
• Sunday 27 September at the Reconnect Regal Theatre in Bathgate. Tickets at the Regal are £12 each, or four tickets for £45. The show runs for 60 minutes.

If You Can’t Make September, The Halloween Party Starts In October

The McDougalls have got lots more shows coming up. The Halloween Party starts on 3 October in Port Glasgow and goes right through the month, with Dunoon, Oban, Campbeltown, East Kilbride, Rutherglen, Troon, Stirling, Dundee, Blairgowrie, Dumbarton, Irvine and more, finishing in Dunfermline on Halloween night. Then it carries on into November with Larbert, Largs and Blyth. All the dates are on the poster below.

Christmas In Toyland Is On Christmas Eve At Glasgow Royal Concert Hall

And on Christmas Eve they’re bringing Christmas in Toyland to Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, with shows at 1pm and 3pm. Tickets have been on sale since July.
